(WASHINGTON) — A California Democrat filed an article of impeachment against President Donald Trump Wednesday in a longshot bid to remove the president from office. Rep. Brad Sherman accuses Trump of obstructing investigations into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election, in part by firing former FBI Director James Comey. Sherman acknowledges that filing the article is "the first step on a very long road." "But if the impulsive incompetency continues, then eventually — many, many months from now — Republicans will join the impeachment effort," Sherman said in a statement. Keanna says that she was deeply distressed by the hacking, which has caused a few rifts between the actress and her family. Good news for those looking to acquire the newly-approved  National ID , the  Duterte Administration is planning to implement the system during  President Rodrigo Duterte’s term. On July 5, one of the President’s economic managers said this move was meant to ease the  delivery of  social services . According to a report by  ABS-CBN,   Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno  said that the national ID will replace all government-issued  IDs , with the exception of a citizen’s  drivers’ license  and  passport. The free national identification cards will contain a Filipino citizen’s  biometric data  and anyone over the age of  18  is obligated to obtain one. It will be issued at birth and will be renewable once a citizen turns 18.
